Annual DPC Picnic

The Deacons will host our annual picnic immediately following outdoor worship on Sunday, September 12th, beginning at 11 AM. There will be bingo, the cake walk, and outdoor games and activities for children and youth! Food will be served starting about 11:30; hamburgers, hotdogs, fixings, chips of all kinds, and beverages will be provided, and just maybe some Texas and Brazilian barbecue as well. DPC members are encouraged to bring a side or dessert to share. The Annual Cakewalk is held during the picnic, so desserts in any form - cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, etc - are welcome and appreciated.
The broader Darnestown community is invited to this event, especially families with children! The will be largely an outdoor event, including plenty of tented outdoor seating for dining.
